I have lived most of my life in fear, what will people say? what if I fail? Will they be happy? The fruits of this in old age is bitterness! Oh! it’s scary! Those old bitter women didn’t know how they got there, now that we know, we must do better. It doesn’t mean absence of fear; It’s about being mindful of it, honoring our truth, embracing our quirks, and moving through life with a sense of inner liberation.
I am a deep thinker, a truth-seeker, and someone who has walked the path of personal transformation. I have peeled back layers of conditioning, questioned societal norms, and confronted their own limiting beliefs. My journey has been one of shedding old narratives—those inherited from family, culture, and past experiences—and embracing a new way of being that aligns with my true essence.
